  i am so disgusted with the service I have received here. As a student I order pizza all the time, I have ordered from Dominos since I moved to Ottawa (about 3 years) and I have always ordered from this Dominos. I always tip, I was a waitress so I understand that importance of it. But today I could not afford to tip my normal amount as I was splitting a pizza with a group of people. So, the driver made several comment while I paid about getting tipped and then proceeded to use my phone number that I left with Dominos to text me about how insensitive leaving no tips was. He continued to send me text messages full or sarcasm and rudeness. After this experience I will never order from here again and I will make sure my roommates and friends don't either.

  We were in the store and they advised us to order our pizza online instead of at the cash register and we saved 6 bucks lol sweet!

  (Jan 3rd 2018 11pm) A driver whilst at the store misplaced my pizza and thus my pick up order ended up having to be re done a while later. I was pretty upset but the gentleman who makes the pizza apologised and explained the situation in a very sincere and professional way. He seems like a manager on duty. If he is not he truly acted the part in this situation and dissolved the situation very well as I am Ill tempered in such situations. Pizza was perfect as well. The lady as well was very courteous.

  Cheap and easy to order, but customer service is definitely lacking. Inconsistent food quality sometimes makes ordering a gamble.
