  I've seen Aaron for both physio and personal training, and he was excellent at both! He brings a tonne of knowledge and enthusiasm to his work, and gives clear and detailed instructions. I definitely recommend him!

  I was always unsure of how to make the most of my time in the gym. As a result, I avoided it. Aaron made a routine for myself and some of my friends and it really made a difference! Now I feel confident in what I'm doing in the gym, definitely feel stronger and I have seen an increase in definition. Would highly recommend!

  I participated in a gym education program with Aaron and it was amazing! I learned some great key exercises from warm up to cool down and everything in between! Aaron provided me with a detailed work out program as well that I still use to this day. Aaron is a great trainer and very professional!

  Aaron really helped me get back on my back as soon as possible. I learned a lot about my injury and he is very good at explaining even the most complicated issues. The studio is clean, bright and the service is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Aaron's training programs are great! He knows his stuff and the workouts are put together very well. He has made me feel stronger and more confident on my mountain bike. 11/10
