  Worst rental experience of my life. Terrible service and long wait times. Took forever to get my car and to return it. Don't rent from here.

  I forgot my sunglasses they cost money 240$ !! When I called they’re like no we didn’t see any. My deposit for 350$ I didn’t see it I’m still waiting it’s been 29 days now !!! I’m Very disappointed. I’ll never rent again from them !! Enterprise are the best

  Dont rent a car here. My insurance company got me a free car. Discount offered me the $8 a day insurance service. This should cover me in case of an accident. Someone hit the mirror of the rental car. I filed the police report and did all the required procedures. Discount told me that I am good to go and I am covered. Next month I was billed $740. I call them they said I didn't have the insurance then apologized and told me they will refund me back the money. Now its January, I gave up with their games and contacted my insurance company to return me my money. What a scam! I should have taken you to small claims court....

  Never rent a car here , they never have what you want and always argue over your preference. They never guarantee you a vehicule but their fleet is always full. NEVER BE SERVE BY THE COUNTER NAMED KIM. Highly recommend to rent somewhere else!!
