  Fast service from Tanya Willson from Direct Buy Ottawa. We live an hour away, and everything was completed via e-mail making our window ordering done so much easier.

  Horrible service, takes an enormous amount of time to order and don't get me started on picking up at distribution centre. We ordered 4 things from there and they lost 2 in their warehouse. So not worth the money the huge amount of money they charge. I would have given it 0 star but it wasn't availalble.

  The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We joined a year ago to rebuild after a house fire. We have already paid back our membership fee and saved thousands more on top of that. Highly recommended for home reno's and big ticket purchases!

  The renovation of our master bathroom is now complete and I wanted to express my most sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire DirectBuy of Ottawa team! The savings we were able to generate and the treatment we received at DirectBuy of Ottawa were outstanding. Throughout the entire buying process, we received professional, dedicated, genuine and knowledgeable help and advice from various DirectBuy of Ottawa team members. The renovation included a complete make-over (porcelain tile flooring and shower, bath tub and fixtures, vanity and faucets, light fixtures, and toilet) and we were able to find some incredible savings across an incredible variety of supplier choices and options. We are extremely happy with the selection and prices that DirectBuy of Ottawa offers and will be going back for the completion of our next projects in the near future for sure! We highly recommend it to everyone!

  Went in last week to place an order; Adam and Simon were great in assisting me with identifying the model codes and pricing for my order. Both were terrific in providing a pleasant customer experience. Both were patient, kind and very helpful. I placed the order and look forward to picking it up when it arrives. Thanks for the great shopping experience!! As a customer, I would just add one 'request': please digitize your catalogs. It would make it so much easier to search and place orders if the in-store catalogs were some how digitized. Unless you know the manufacturer's name, it is difficult to narrow down what one might be trying to find.
