  Setup like a coffee shop, the layout is ideal if you want everyone around you to hear the details of your transaction. Also don't ask about business accounts because they will give you a dumbfounded look and a shrug saying they don't know anything about business accounts... without any follow up or offer to refer you to someone who might.

  A company with the most useless phone system ever You need to have a perfect Quebecer accent in order for the stupid system to understand the name I need to speak to. No to mention the SEVEN DIGIT extensions... it's like dialing a phone number and then dialing another phone number wich defies the purpose Each time I call and i don't get the stupid useless machine to understand the name I'm calling I get transferred to a woman with attitude who tried to educate me and expect me to memorize the SEVEN DIGITS EXTENTION as if it's the most important number in my life.... My advice is burn the existing phone system and hire people with a good attitude or more men for a change...maybe some immigrants to have some diversity at least

  Needed to do a cash deposit. Waited for 10min and then told they didn't have a cashier and I had to go to complexe desjardins! Unprofessional and unbelievable.
