  Awful experience! Zero bedside manner and a total production operation. Within a minute of my being seen by who I'm assuming was a patient intake nurse, I was asked to remove all my clothes and given nothing more than an oversized napkin for privacy. Seconds later Dr. Alanan and another person I was never introduced to came into the room along with the intake nurse, while I stood topless. Dr. Alanan spoke at me a mile a minute, was equal parts completely dismissive and totally arrogant. He provided no explanation of the liquid nitrogen treatment he blasted two of my moles with and was literally in and out of the room within less than 3 minutes. I will not be returning to Derm.ca again and have arranged for Dr. Alanen's suggested six month check-up to take place with another doctor.

  You will need to wait at least 1 hour to get treatment. If you don’t have this flexibility. Please consider other ones. Stuff are nice. But no wifi is a tiny downturn.

  Great care from the entire staff. Revoderm products are the best.

  Have to book appointments on days that you don’t have somewhere to be because they are consistently at least half an hour-an hour behind schedule. My treatments for hair loss also have not worked at all.

  Dr. A. Is awesome. Unfortunately his front end reception is terrible!! They not accommodating, with the Dr. A tells you come in to see a nurse...
