  Went to see Dr Wicks (who obviously didn't care to listen about my problem), he prescribed me antibiotics for something that as it turned out I didn't have, but the reception did not contact me to deliver the negative test results and to tell me to stop taking the antibiotics. As a result I took antibiotics for nothing, and the result is negative and the symptoms remain. Nothing is suggested by the reception except for taking another pointless appointment and paying $150 again to get a referral to a specialist where I will have to pay again. Terrible service and no human attitude. update: I wrote a letter describing the situation to the clinic manager Alba Naharro describing the situation and demanding a refund, as a result I received a phone call from her, telling me off in a rude form for complaining. She said it is a normal practice in Canada to give antibiotics to someone who comes in with any issue, especially if the person is coming in without social insurance number. Please do not go there, you will get terrible treatment and attitude.

  I was in the city just for a visit, needed a doctor and ended up there. The doctors as well as the staff were so nice and caring. The overall service was impeccable.

  The front desk staff at this clinic lack compassion, patience, customer service skills, and honestly have no business dealing with the public on a daily basis.

  The doctors are good, but same as mentioned in other reviews, the front-desk staff are rude and seem to have no time for patients. If you call to book an appointment, expect them to be very unhelpful. My doctor moved away from this location, and I won't be coming back.
