  I have worked over the years with many print, design and computer service companies throughout Canada and I have to say that hands down, the team at Deja Technologies beats them all out with a cool deck of super winning cards of services: customer service is always always professional, polite, respectful and cool level headed. Same can be said for the graphic designer's friendly, ever so patient, cool level headedness, and the other fun helpful characters who make up Jason's team of computer wizardry. As to Jason, ya...the dude's the owner - I'm biased...shrug... I had his back when he was my client and I know he has my back when I need the work to be done to satisfaction. Even if I ask for changes to a specific design, or even if drop by and take up their precious time asking what can be done to improve my computer, I always feel that Jason and his team keep a steady consistent good humour about it, never hold a grudge and never lose their patience for me hanging around too long....it feels like family when you walk into that upstairs office off Gladstone... it's as if he understands human nature and he appreciates every client's need to just get it right. Thank you Jason and power team Deja for all your hard work at Deja Technologies!

  After placing a request at midnight, Jason called at 8AM to confirm prices. It was fast, they were extremely helpful, the prices can't be beat, and Jason helped me load all my materials into my car. I placed another order immediately. My experiences with print shops in Ottawa has been mixed, but I'll be going with Deja from this point forward. Thanks, really. I appreciate it.

  Working with Jason was a pleasure! He sat down with me and carefully took the time to design a vectored version of my business card. He understood that as a student I had a tight budget and even offered me a discount for his work in addition to throwing in a bunch of extra cards for free. The business cards looked sleek and high quality and I will definitely be coming back for more in the future.   Jason has been looking after our IT and print work for over 10 years. The quality of the business cards is superior to other local print shops. They always respond quickly to fixing our computer issues on-site or remotely. Our emails are also much easier to manage now that they have me on cloud services. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a one stop shop for the small business. Thank you
