  The business is no where to be found , information on the web site is incorrect for all addresses . I have had no costumer service reply as of yet to my email I sent . As a company there support is very poor .

  I've had a stick for a year now and have hardly been able to watch anything because it's so slow at loading. Often just kicking me out.

  Attention n'acheté rien de DCsimple. J'ai acheté leur système au salon de l'habitation de Montréal qui venait avec un abonnement d'un an à leur service. Je n'ai jamais réussi à faire fonctionner leur système de façon convenable et comble de malheur l'abonnement au coût de 79$ s'est renouvelé automatiquement l'année suivante. Peine perdu si vous essayer de vous faire rembourser pour un service qui est inexistant. J'ai essayé de les contacter à quelques reprises mais il n'y a personne qui répond.

  Joke of a company. Look up any device they sell on Amazon and see how much they are ripping you off. It was too late for me, but at least it led me down the path of setting up my own box. One fifth the cost and it's actually up to date technology. Just take a look at the most expensive product on their website. Some dual Windows/Android tablet. Charging $497 and it's on sale from $699? Wow, what a deal! Just checked on Amazon for something similar and lo and behold, the same thing is $149 (Search: Tablet Cube iwork8). Hmm, maybe it's their amazing service that justifies an extra $348? Not from what I'm hearing. Buyer beware. Screw you, DC Scample!

  What an awful product. I purchased one at the Home show in Edmonton nearly 2 weeks ago and have been in sporadic rude conversation with their staff ever since. The stream buffers forever, movies have Asian subtitles that can't be removed, none of the sports streams exist and the few channels of live TV I had asked about don't play. It's one thing if the product is bad but their staff are the worst I have ever encountered. The took 5 days to reply to a complaint, I have to include 4 people on all email strings because different people keep replying to me. They offer no refunds even though they don't tell you when they purchase. THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM. Additionally they claim to have great tech support when in reality they only work during business hours, so for anybody that works and has a life it's very hard to access. Their tech guy called me and gave me a bunch of fixes none of which worked. When then saying I had no interest in continuing to attempt to make the device work their staff all started blaming me saying I was using the wrong applications. So the customer service is worst to none. Additionally, now after further research, all the stick does is use apps that stream stuff from the internet. Apps you can get for free on any smart TV. Maybe if you want to make your TV a smart TV it would make sense (for a fraction of the cost), but for anybody who can link their computer to TV its an extra huge waste of cash.
