::Usually really like that store and staff is pretty friendly. My complaints would be that I think it's a shame that the brand chooses to discontinue some products that were good and can't find them anymore.. But that's how it is. Also, that one time on sept 1st, I got an email saying that for the reopening of the store, they would offer any customer a free cup of tea. So I purchased some loose tea and then the cashier (who btw had a pretty weird attitude to begin with, like we were bothering her) didn't mention it, so then I asked. She thought I was talking about their reward program but, nope, I want that free tea like the email said! Then she finally agreed to gave us a damn cup each while giving us that mean look. Totally needs to be fired. Girl bye
