::Love their Tea I am a big fan of their selection especially that I only like one green tea and there multiple flavors of it so now I have many favorites love their mugs to especially the ones that say really cool for a long time or stay really hot for a long time I use David's Tea as a treat now and again just because I love when I worked in the mall I would get free samples here and there their Christmas Time stuff is top-notch

::EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Even though Davidstea is a chain, and all locations tend to have great customer service, I feel like the Thunder Bay location in particular has top notch service. The staff are incredibly helpful. I always see them being patient with new-comers who are new to loose-leaf teas and they are always prompt with their service. Their teas are exceptional, and it is nice that they offer dairy-free milk when ordering a hot tea in the store.

::I'm from Mississippi, and the staff at this location is always so nice! Showed me at least 10 samples within 3 minutes of getting in. It was wonderful. Left with three teas and an iced tea cup!

::I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at David's Tea in Thunder Bay! They are always so friendly and very helpful! They take the time to ensure everyone gets a delicious sample of the day as well as answer any questions I, or anyone else, have! I love going there to check out the new things they have! I absolutely love all the iced tea bottle I have gotten from there! Thanks David's Tea! You guys are the best :)
