::I have been in the Martial arts world for 25 years, I have been to different schools, numerous tournaments, different school gradings etc. I have trained under shihan Davis and Peter for 25 years and wouldn't change my training with another school for the world. Being here is not about the money, its about what they can teach you/give you with the BEST instruction. They dont only teach you the technical side to the art, way more to it! They teach you everyday skills such as motivation, discipline, dedication, respect and to never give up! Through my years of training, I have seen people come and go and they ALWAYS come back years later. This school is top notch, if you want the real deal, no hokey pokey business, come to Danforth Karate where you will learn the real thing.

::Great option for kids/beginner karate. Helen and Sensei are top shelf!

::My wife and daughter go to Danforth Karate Academy and they love it. The instructors have integrity, are professional AND fun. When we enrolled my daughter into the school I wanted to make sure she would get the right balance of discipline and fun - basically not be scared off by it - and I can't believe what she is capable of doing and it's not even been a full year yet! Her confidence levels have boosted, she is becoming more agile and aware, stronger and disciplined. She also gets to take the family class with her mother - you can't beat that anywhere. Hands down I'm so happy they are being mentored and guided by the instructors at DKA - no gimmicks - straight up Karate.

::Not really a good school. They seem like nice people but not good teachers . They like to attract new students, but once they're in the system , the quality of teaching seems diluted and dry. There are definitely better Karate schools out there . My 2 cents , don't waste your time and money .We've seen many kids and adults not go back and we've always wondered why. We have two kids ourselves who we've transferred to another school and I can see they're happier and are getting better and higher quality instruction compared to this one.
