::Super deçue, j'ai casse mon derailleur, pas tres loin de la boutique pour pouvoir continuer mon tour, je leur ai demandé une location et de garder mon velo. Alors pour la loc pas de pb mais ils n'ont pas voulu garder mon velo casse dans un coin.... pas cool !!!! Ils m'ont proposé de me louer un cadenas pour que je puisse l'accrocher ailleurs business is business....Alors que Reckless Bike Store de l'autre coté de burrard bridge, pas de soucis super arrangeants simple efficace à l'americaine quoi !!!! Je leur ai d'ailleurs acheter un velo ;) je recommande a 200%

::Compared to the bike rental shops and bike share systems of Washington DC where I'm from, Vancouver kicks ass. Cycle City bikes are much smoother, less clunky, more comfortable but with decent power and control. The guys manning the shop were very cool and laid back. I never felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us on time or upselling addons. In the 5 hr rental period we biked all the way around Stanley Park, had fabulous ramen in West End for lunch, biked the long way around False Creek to Granville Island, parked in the free bike valet and walked around the market, biked over the Burrard St bridge back to the shop. Couldn't ask for a better bike rental. Highly recommended.

::There was a line when we arrived but they did a good job moving people along. The bikes were perfect for what we wanted and they did not try to push insurance on us. These guys were straight shooters and gave us a fair price. I would do business with them again.

::We got there first in the morning, they did not carry many bike sizes and did not bother to check if the helmets and bike sizes were adequate for us. They wanted to get us out of there as fast as possible and were not receptive to questions. Adding to that, the bikes made a lot of squeaky noise due to lack of proper maintenance. We mentioned it to the staff at the end of our day, all we got was "sorry". When you offer such a poor service, this is not an acceptable answer. There are other shops in town, avoid this one.

::Easy in and out bike rentals. Nice guys working the shop. Make sure all your equipment is good before you leave. Easy to go to seawall ride from there close to ferry to go to Granville market from their shop as well. 25 for adult bike and helmet and 10-15 for kids for half day. We had a good time riding the seawall. Very family friendly ride. Thank you guys. Must return bikes to same shop.
