  I came in one night with very high anxiety. I was a complete mess. The staff were so kind and caring. I said I didn’t feel safe going back home so they actually let me sleep on one of the chairs in one of the counselling rooms. They got me blankets and everything. They checked up on me every now and again all through the night to make sure I was okay. I’m very grateful to them for that. Only complaint I WOULD have is that it is sometimes a very long wait to see someone.

  Got in very fast. They took their time, were very thorough and patient. They offered great support and many resources. After reading some reviewers comments we were hesitant to go. So glad we did. It was exactly what we were hoping it would be. If you’re reading this and you need help don’t let some bad reviews discourage you. Go seek help! We are lucky to have a place like this here in Winnipeg.

  It is a great place with an important goal. Yes wait time can be a little while, understanding that steps needed to be taken to help those in need. 4/5 simply for follow up issues. Amazing resource service, but they said they'd phone me back. After not hearing anything, decided to call them, and when I did not receive the answer I was looking for, I went back and they fixed the issue right away.

  Just a place to go to, to have strangers listen to your problems but offer no solutions. I was severely depressed and suicidal and I was trying to seek help and medication. I was told by my doctor to come here and they made me feel worse and like my problem insignificant and I got absolutely no treatment. It’s a terrible place.

  People in this pine of work really need to care more. At all hpurs of night and day. I'm afraid to call because sometimes it makes things hurt more,especially when they mistreat you.
