  We had CDC LTD do our kitchen. A huge renovation job, new cabinetry and appliances. Also, some unexpected additional construction work that had emerged (it's an old River Side home). From the very first contact to the comletion of the project, we had only excellent experience with them. They understood our needs and wishes right away and never tried to impose any changed on their own (ulike some of other contractors in the past). They provided prompt and objective assessment of the costs and at a very reasonable price, and did not change the price despite the additional works that had to be done. They were updating us regularly about the progress of the project and have kept the rest of the house clean to the point that we almost did not feel any interferrence with our daily life (another unique experience compared with some of our previus contractors). Finally, they completed the job as planned with no delays and left us with clean, new kichen we could use right away. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with any such company (and there were quite a few of them) and we can only highly recommend them.

  I have had the pleasure of seeing over a half dozen of creative designs finished projects in person and can honestly say the quality and workmanship of their projects are incredible. I have and will continue to recommended them to friends.

  Kitchen Renovation by Creative Design To be without a kitchen, particularly over Christmas, could be a very traumatic time for any family. Fortunately, Jason and the Creative Design team minimized any issues throughout the demolition, construction and installing phases. From the outset, we felt very comfortable with the collaboration of Jason from Creative Design and Donna Ilago from XYZ Design. The challenge was to incorporate the attributes of a modern kitchen within a traditional turn of the century home with its archways and mahogany and oak trim. Donna worked wonders with the initial design and Jason addressing the numerous structural issues. As construction began, they both continued working together identifying issues and offering solutions. From start to finish, there was constant communication between us. We were very impressed with the professionalism of all members of Creative Design construction and installing teams. They went out of their way to minimize any disruption to our lives. The job site was kept clean and organized and draped off to keep the rest of our house livable. The only major surprise during the renovation was finding evidence of knob and tube wiring. This required removing the old wiring throughout the house. The electricians from Direct Connect Electrical were able to complete the work without damaging any plaster ceilings or decorative mahogany trim. Jason assembled a great crew to bring Donna’s design to reality. We now have a kitchen that is both stunning and functional that blends beautifully with the rest of our home. Thank you to Jason, Donna, and their teams for their professionalism and dedication towards quality and service. And most of all, reducing our anxiety throughout the entire process.   I was referred to Jason and his team through The Design Shop who helped design my kitchen concept. From start to finish Jason and his team were nothing but top notch. He stayed in constant communication throughout, he provided a detailed schedule of the work and remained in integrity with it. He completed even bit early. The craftsmanship though is where they truly excelled. I am so happy with my new kitchen. Its easy to see that no corners were cut and he even helped me out with some plumbing in my bath that wasn't even part of our initial contract. I will be referring Creative Design to all my friends and family that are thinking about renovating anything, but I also wanted to let the world know on here. In a world where there are horror stories about shady renovators, its great to see a group like Jason and Creative Design that are true professionals.

  It was a pleasure to work with Jason and his team. A schedule was provided to us prior to the start of the project, and other than a few very small items, the schedule was followed almost to the day (even early sometimes!) - this was much appreciated as the project was somewhat time sensitive. The crew was very professional. Any issues that came up were addressed promptly. We are very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to work with Jason and his team in the future.
