  I am not a cake fan, never have been. But for weeks I have been craving a good slice of cake. I bought one at the grocery store and was terribly dissapppinted. I was still craving that good piece of cake, so I decided to get a cupcake here. I got a "dirty blonde" (vanilla cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting) and it was to DIE for!! I am still thinking about this majestic dessert the next morning and will definitely be coming back here soon 🤤

  I had heard great things about this place so I decided to place an order for 2-1/2 dozen mini-cupcakes for me to bring to my staff party to help announce my pregnancy. At the time, the SK location was closed so I placed an order via email and someone from Calgary called me back to confirm my order ready for pick up between 4-4:30pm that day, as I requested. My fiancé went to go pick them up at 4pm (I was at work) and called me telling me it was closed. I called Crave (Saskatoon) and indeed, they were closed. Maybe my baby brain should have called before placing an order via email (I did not know the people confirming my order at the time were in Calgary) - but I got a hold of someone in Calgary to talk about my order. They apologized as they sometimes mix up the closed dates between their locations vs. Saskatoon and said there was nothing else they can do - just "sorry". Safe to say I was very disappointed and upset that my tired, pregnant self had to drive around the city after work and rush to find pretty cupcakes and make it to my staff party on time (which I was very late for).

  Absolutely the best cupcakes in Saskatoon!! Store is super cute, the service is fabulous and everything I've ever gotten from Crave has been wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable about the product, and I love knowing that everything is baked that day, and that they use real ingredients. Yes, they're more expensive than the grocery store, but I'd rather pay that little bit extra knowing that everything is baked from scratch and not edible oil product! Plus, it always feels like a treat going in there - it's pretty, there's so much to choose from, it feels decadent - like I'm treating myself - and any time that I bring Crave to an event, I get solid credit for bringing the good stuff! :)

  Great cupcakes but terrible delivery service. There's a whole number of phone directories you need to listen to first, before you even get to someone. This is likely run out of Calgary, so anytime I had a question about inventory, I was placed on hold for them to call the shop in Saskatoon. The delivery charge is pretty hefty and they don't accept AMEX, which I only found out about 15 minutes into the call. The product at Crave is wonderful but if you're looking to deliver Cupcakes to someone in Saskatoon, I don't recommend them!
