  Great experience working with Craftsman Collision. Friendly staff, and my bumper was replaced ahead of schedule. Gurneel was extremely helpful. I will definitely come back again if needed!

  Great work but confusing and poor communication. No attempt by CC to check insurance company claim about deductible. Consequently, picking up a car results in a long wait while attempts are made to clarify the insurance claim. It strikes me that should have been done before we arrive. I ended up paying ating the deductible and now can't wait to for a refund. Somehow Craftsman be should have told can me when t was called that be the car was ready that either the deductible was not waived and/ or the steps I needed to show proof it was. I don't understand why this outlet doesn't check claim numbers like the one on Powell on .

  I walked in this place to get an estimate for my car that a person rear ended me then got to wait for two weeks to someone take couple pics. Today I got told that they cannot fix my car cause it has rebuilt status! Ok two weeks ago I gave my insurance paper to them didn’t they look on it and what’s the point if the car is rebuilt or not!!!! And also this is a body shop not a mechanic and the damage is on my car is rear bumper! This place is such a joke!!!

  They have amazing service! We got a flat tire just outside the shop just after I had surgery and was unable to change the tire myself. Canadian Tire wouldn't change the tire until the next day, but the staff at Craftsman came outside to fill the tire with air so they could limp it into the garage, then changed the tire in 20 minutes even though they aren't a tire shop. Highly recommended!

  Great work for a bumper replacement. Staff was courteous and friendly. They set expectations and met within the time they said they would. My only recommendation is to have extended hours so it’s easier to pick up the vehicle after work.
