  Attended the hotel as part of a conference visit in St. John's. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the visit. 6 storey hotel. Entrance off of Duckworth is on the fourth level and off Water Street at the first level. Has fitness centre and conference rooms if required. Small store for snacks also available. Approximately 1 kilometre from the downtown core which is a nice walk especially along the water.

  A nicely appointed mini suite, on the edge of downtown. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and fairly modern. You do get some noise from the port of your room faces the harbour.

  Service was wonderful. Only had soup but it was obviously made from scratch and had been lovingly simmered. Apparently the menu is brand new so I'll have to drop back to try more.

  This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I was again upgraded to a junior suite facing the harbour. The room is on the 4th floor and seems to be a bit quieter than the ones on lower floors. The room is very clean and layout was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay here again.

  A very clean modern hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very basic but it was very clean and modern. Each room had a mini fridge plus a microwave as well as kitchenette sink. There was a little market place where you could buy chips, snacks and toiletries. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the morning and it was quite good. The hotel had very good service. The staff was very professional and very friendly. The view wasn't top bad either from our room. There were also several restaurants and bars within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.
