  We stayed here two years ago on our visit to Halifax and it is close to almost everything and you are right downtown so you can walk to everything. The funny thing is that traffic time here lasts maybe ten minutes. Nice clean hotel with friendly people but parking can be a bit of a rigamarole to get to. Still I'll return here.

  Great place. Breakfast is excellent, and staff is super friendly always willing to help.

  Always a pleasure to stay here. Service is great and Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Parking is a bit of a chore but it's a small price to pay for an otherwise great spot.

  When I need to stay in downtown Halifax, or have to recommend a hotel to someone else, it is always the Courtyard Marriott. It's a wonderful location, close to the waterfront, the life of the city, and several excellent restaurants. Many rooms look onto the harbour, and the staff are propitiatory of any need.

  I’ve stayed here dozens of times. Always a great experience. Friendly staff, clean, well maintained rooms, nice place to sit with a view the water from the rooftop terrace. I’ll keep coming back.
