  Super helpful and honest! I brought in a cheap pair of boots to have the zipper replaced on one and he took the time to explain why fixing them might not be entirely worth it since there made of cheap material. The new zipper is great, very high quality work that was done pretty quickly as well.

  Needed a new zipper for my boot. He was able to salvage the same zipper head so it would still match my other boot - really appreciated that!
