  This embassy and individuals who are working here do not have knowledge, nor have respect. This embassy must shut down they r very rude no respect

  Useless! Made an appointment a month in advance. Since their website is terrible I called to make sure I have everything I need before I go. Turns out, all the information I was given on the phone was wrong (prices, documents needed, and whether I could apply for another document with the same appointment), and since, apparently, I need my PR card to renew my passport, I just wasted my time going there. The earliest appointment they could give me was next week but it didn’t work with my schedule, they said that’s all they can do. They need to update and make their website more user friendly, as well as properly train their people so that they can actually be helpful. Now my passport will expire and I probably won’t be able to get an appointment within the next month or two.

  Is always horrible. I don't know why this lazy people get pay for if they never know anything. Please make this people work!! Again i wasted my time... Today Febrero 01 2018 Cómo es posible que las citas para tràmites esten agotadas??? Y que solo se hagan por medio una llamada, donde nunca contestan ó una pagina de internet que no funciona?? Llevo meses intentando hacer una cita y como no logre por esos dos medios fuí personalmente y ohhh sorpresa!! No hay citas, que estan agotadas! haha Pierden su tiempo al ir ahi, siempre te terminan mandando a las oficinas canadienses.

  I had a great experience with the consulate of Mexico. They process my request extremely quick. The environment is pretty nice as well.

  I recently had the wonderful experience of dealing with the Mexican Consulate in Toronto. It was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful; from the receptionist to all the other individuals whom I dealt with thereafter. As an individual who spent all of his working career dealing with issues that are sometimes very sensitive, I must commend those individuals who did adhere to addressing these kind of issues in not only a professional manner, but with a smile on their face. True professionals who went above and beyond what was asked of them. I hope that any reader of this comment on the professionalism and friendly caring attitude that these people provided to myself, realize just how hard it is to achieve this. In summary, my experience with the Mexican Consulate in Toronto Canada definitely rates as a 5 out of 5 stars! Well Done!
