::Great place to be buried & remembered. Jewish. Other conditions apply. Call or write direct shaar hashomayim. A who is who of westmount & Montreal jewry is buried here. On today's occasion the poet Leonard Cohen was on mind & in view. Pictures shown. His place along with his parents & grand parents is at the proximity of the main entrance! Also a grandiose memorial exist for the Jews killed durin holocaust & WWII. We shall never forget! RIP. A visit to the cemetery is an inspiration that history is alive!
