  Generally clean. The hotel does need an overall face lift of both exterior and interior though. Front desk staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is basic and covers one's general needs. No "wow" factor to note.

  The location was great in correlation to major highways. The staff left something to be desired. The free continental breakfast consisted mainly of stale baked goods

  Have stayed for work on multiple occasions. The rooms are comfortable and we'll kept. I enjoyed all my stays, but when I am placed in a room on the backside of the hotel, I slept better. No heavy noise from trucks heading to the US boarder on the back side.

  Very convenient hotel for crossing the border into Canada. The breakfast is great with lots of options including waffles and hot eggs. The room was comfortable though a little narrow. No room to pass by somebody sitting at desk.

  Room is clean, but clean the window sills there are bug casings. Staff is doing their best. Dead bolt lock broken, internal dead lock broken. You shouldn't compromise on the safety of your guests. Safety is table steaks in the hotel business. Trying to get air circulation in the room but the nob on the radiator is broken. Your fitness center could be kept simple and effective. How about just a compliment of free weights. Two tread mills, yoga ball, a bench. I know that this is a basic hotel, I get that, but you still need to pay attention to these simple details.
