  Have stayed here twice and feel it's pretty good value. Easy access to downtown, Mayfair Mall, and other parts of the city. The rooms are a little dated but clean and the staff are pretty friendly. Thanks to all there for treating my family so nicely.

  The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Close to many amenities. The in house pub and restaurant served incredible food.

  I went to Redd's pub for karaoke with friends. Everyone had a great time. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our dietary restrictions.

  Discomfort Inn. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are uncomfortable, there’s no hand soap in the bathroom...but what bugs me most is that the curtains do not close. Just the flimsy translucent ones, not the ones that block light, those are apparently there for decoration and are bolted to the wall. That wouldn’t be the worse thing if this hotel wasn’t facing a soccer field that has its floodlights on into the night, and there wasn’t a massive neon sign that casts flashing rainbow colours into the room.

  This hotel is surprisingly nicer than it looks from the outside. My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights. We took up four rooms, one of which had definitely been a smoking room in the past. The staff confused our rooms and we ended up with about 6 room keys all to the same room and none to the others. The mistake was quickly resolved. Rooms were tidy and clean.
