  My damage deposit is missing and I see from the other reviews that Colliers has a real problem with returning them. If they're trying to rip you off please contact the Office of the Rentalsman. The only way to fight back is to have the law on your side, and they will fight for you. We've had bed bugs and cockroaches twice under Collier's. Next to no repairs over the many years we were there. They kept putting tenants in the bldg who required intervention from the police, again and again.They put us through incredible stress. I'll never rent from them again.

  Bug infested apartment. Terrible and rude property manager. Good luck getting your damage deposit back. The guy is a rip off. Stay away from this company! If the bugs don't get you, the property manager is a bigger bug.

  STAY FAR AWAY! Moved into a bed-bug ridden apartment in Saskatoon called the Fairway Greens. Found bed bugs one week after moving in- and it wasn't me since the last place I was living did not have bed bugs. The building was poorly managed - they had done minor renovations to make the suites look like a nice place to live, but they do not tell you that there has been MANY cases of bed bugs. Theres an exterminator coming to the building regularly. I had been away all summer - and one week after being back, I found more bed bugs. The way that the situation was handled was unacceptable - The options they gave me were: 1. they would release me from my lease and do a chemical treatment (WHICH CLEARLY WASNT WORKING CAUSE THEY ARE IN THE WALLS!!) or 2. Sign a new lease, and they would do a heat treatment, which is super effective. I chose option number one and they are not compensating me for a new couch or bed. I would NOT recommend anyone to rent from this agency.

  If you love bedbugs, go to Colier !!! If you love rude manager, go to Colier !!! If you love poor and helpless service, go to Colier!!! If you love don't want get your deposit back, go to Colier!!!

  So disappointed. The location was great, but the drawbacks are many, and kiss your deposit goodbye.
