  I do not even want to give one star review. I strongly recommend you "do not let these guys take care of your property." Due to the reason of their background (knowledge), they act like a group of professional property management people, but in reality they are such a group of bullies who legally eager to rob your money. They do not only have any responsibility for your property but they do not have any proper mindset helping you take care of your property as well. I repeat one more time; do not even consider letting these guys take care of your valuable property.

  The building alarm went off after hours and I called the 24 hour emergency line (1-877 number) and it was busy all 8 times that I called. I had to call Vancouver to be patched through to someone to help me. Once that happened, the problem was resolved by Jordan (a very friendly fellow).
