  Very disappointed in management😒.Went to buy a B-Day gift for a friend and one of the gifts i picked was a first aid kit and it was dented in corner and they told me "that is not going to affect whats inside" and that was after I told them it was a gift. And they wanted full price for it. What is this world coming to..next they will be selling books with missing pages..as long as they get full price for it.😞

  The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, I was shocked when I mentioned a fairly unknown author who's books are difficult to find and the they knew who she was immediately. The staff is also REALLY friendly and helpful, always smiling. The store is clean as well. Being a small bookstore sometimes they don't always have the book I want in stock, but they will always order it in for me. The best customer service I've received is from this location.
