  Above average rooms. Epic views. Annie at front desk had the best Customer service one could ask for. Heated pool and hot tub. Go for the terrace room and feel like a royalty. Thanks again will continue to recommend

  I stayed at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel for two nights in Mar-18 for a conference. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, the room very clean, and nice and quiet. The room was outfitted with a large, at least 47" TV, a small fridge and a safe. One nice extra was the in-toilet bidet (Toto "Washlet"), not a feature I've found in any hotel that wasn't in Japan. The view from my room (1003) was lacking, providing only an intimate view into the offices in the tower across the street and a tiny sliver of the water beyond the buildings.

  We stay here often, it is our family's preferred hotel for work and pleasure. *Excellent* staff. They're very friendly, sincere and attentive. We have not once had a problem with a staff member in the dozens of multiple-night stays we've had. The room is always in pristine shape when we arrive. Extra pillows or blankets have never been a problem even though there are already some in the room, and they are delivered within minutes. We stayed before and after APA took over. Before, we enjoyed the free chocolates and bottles of water in the evening (turn-down service was also available). I also found the decor much more appealing. Now, there are bidet toilets, a little more storage in our room, and slippers provided. Our room has a mini fridge every time now, and we had to ask in advance before so maybe they're in every room now. We have to ask for a microwave, it would be nice if each room had one. The restaurant does not appeal to us. The food is very inconstant depending on the chef. I've had the same meal be phenomenal one night and taste like street food the next. The service from them is very good though.
