  after spending 4 hours setting up my insurance, they messed up my paying info. i had to come back 3 times to make sure it was correct. That's 3 days taken off work to deal with these people. BUT that wasn't it! close to the end of my insurance term i get a letter from ICBC saying i haven't been paying. turns out they have NOT fixed the payment info AND didn't bother to contact me. Now i found out they didn't even bother sending ICBC my proof of insurance so i can properly get my discount either! These are the most incompetent people i have ever come across, and i strongly encourage anyone and everyone to stay away from this company.
