  My experience shopping here was excellent. I purchased 3 custom made solar blinds. Staff was knowledgeable, they allowed me to take samples home to match colour selection, product was made on time and on budget. The owner also stands by his product...When one of the side rollers suddenly stopped working (almost two years after the original purchase date), I returned to the store with the blind where they diagnosed the problem, reordered a replacement roller, replaced it, rewrapped my blind to keep it clean...all at no charge. I will definitely return here. Store is very clean, organized, have a lovely selection of fabrics and sewing necessities.

  Very happy to see C&M Textiles in Ottawa . À fashion shake - up in this city who loved traditional styles for decades ! Professional staff with refined taste in déco. Helpful and ready to answer our inquiries , be it upholstery, patterns , window coverings , wall paper etc.... Wish they offered a larger choice of fabric for dresses , skirts , such as the C&M Montréal .

  One of my 2 favourite Fabric stores in Ottawa. Great staff. Great selection of fabric. Great prices, especially when they have a sale. Clean neat organized at all times. Helpful informed staff who really know fabric and their stock.
