  Terrific experience from the day we entered the store. We were welcomed by Nick Rolling and also met Jan, sales manager . Both very helpful in deciding upon the type of spa. We made some changes to upgrade the hot tub, custom selection changing the order and Club Piscine was very accommodating putting the customer first. Highly recommended

  Great Store!! Are salesman Nick was very easy to deal with and he took the time to explain and not pressure us.

  Just purchased a new gazebo from Matt at this store. Prior to heading to the store, I had been communicating with Matt via email, and he was very quick to respond and answer my questions. At the store, Matt showed us the gazebo options we were looking for, gave us his review of the model we were looking at, and even told us of comparable gazebos at other stores. We purchased the gazebo, and his professionalism and service made the difference for me. Good store, and very friendly staff.

  Open when others aren't. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got a pool, and hot tub there and their products are top notch.

  I bought a VERY expensive heat pump for my pool from Club Piscine on Hunt Club Road, Ottawa. From day one it has been trouble. Every year for the past three years it is endless grief to get it going. Calls for assistance get shuffled around and are generally not returned. Turns out, Club Piscine does not service what they sell. I only found this out today, three years after the purchase!! This year is the same. A simple cracked valve handle?? Club Piscine can't help. Go to the manufacturer somewhere in Quebec. So I have a very expensive heat pump sitting in my yard, useless. In future, I wouldn't buy a tennis ball from Club Piscine I wrote this review more than a year ago. Since then and , to my knowledge not because of the review, Club Piscine and the heat pump manufacturer, TTI of Laval Que, have fully resolved my concerns in a very equitable fashion. It took some time but once the right people got involved, the issues were all fully and equitably addressed. So, if I am prepared to criticize, I should also be prepared to acknowledge that Club Piscine and TTI made things right. Good on them!
