  Amazing service for my kids. They got their ears pierced last weekend. Sonia was incredibly patient - more than I thought she should! I'm sad the company is going bankrupt.

  My daughter had her ears pierced by Hayley and she was so compassionate and professional. This kept my daughter, whom has anxiety, as calm as possible. Thank you for a great service!

  One of the worst experiences I ever had in another store especially working in retail as well I couldn't believe how rude this sales associate was! I walked in the store looking for hoop earrings and there are two employees on the floor. They are both helping other customers so there was no greeting which I completely understand. One of the girls at the cashes is finally done putting the customer through so I asked her if they have any other bigger hoop earrings (I was looking for a larger size) and she looks at me with a straight face, rolls her eyes and says in a rude tone "whatever we have is what we have there" and turns around. She doesn't even suggest another pair in the store or say "I'm sorry but we only have the smaller sizes" ??? I didn't understand, this is how you talk to a customer? Disgusting. I won't be going back and I was a regular shopper there as well. Check your girls please
