  I had a very disappointing time trying to return a $35 dollar backpack. First day of school and the zipper broke...so my daughter couldn't even use it. Tried returning it and they said I cant because I took the tags off...I was planning on keeping it and I wasn't expecting it to break...but it did and now my options are get the exact same one and that's it...I asked if I could trade it for a different style ...nope...nothing...they sold me something defective and they expect me to get another one...jeez did I ever get ripped off!!! ha they even cut the tags off the replacement...I just shook my head and said I will never shop here ever again.....
