  Very Poor Work. Wood floor was removed from a very nice 20 year old Sea Ray Boat, a sixteen footer. Replacement wood was installed not listening to the request of the customer. That being not to use screws to mount the beams that support the floor sheeting but to bond the beam into the fibreglass floor with fibreglass. The screws went through the virgin fibreglass hull in 16 places which looks rediculous and also lets water in. City Upholstery is not going to fix the problem and has suddenly annouced a shortness of memory about the whole problem from the start of work in June of 2009. The shop is also closed till mid February. A classic example of a Botcher that likes to screw his customers and uses Christmas as an excuse to get out of his responsibilities.
