  I ordered flowers from City Centre Florist to be delivered to my friend in the hospital. I just received a phone call from her to thank me for them and she said that these flowers were not nice and not fresh at all and there was no arrangement to them whatsoever. They were so bad that she said she thought we had been taken advantage of. The entire experience of dealing with City Centre Florist was terrible. When I first called to place my order the phone was answered by a “yeah” and then someone speaking another language and didn’t introduce the business or themselves as a florist shop, so I had to ask if I was calling the right place. I could barely make out what the person was saying throughout the ordering process as they could not speak English very and the connection was terrible. Half way through the call the connection improved and they said they had switched off their blue tooth. Since I was having such a struggle getting the information across I suggested that I email them the message I wanted in the card. They ended up giving me a wrong email address and when I called back to try to get a correct one, I received an answering machine message and it was clearly someone's personal cell phone I had been calling. At various points throughout these calls I felt like hanging up and just calling another place as they were so difficult to deal with and communicate with. I should have gone with my instincts! I think this flower store is a scam and these people must be doing it out of their house or something.

  It was an excellent experience with Rachel on this website. I placed order for the same day delivery and it reached right on time. Their quick service and fresh flowers have brought smile on my face and the person who received it. I would highly recommend this website for flower deliveries in Vancouver.

  Helene at City Center Florists did the flower arrangements for my wedding, including all of the center pieces, bouquets for the wedding party and myself. I was extremely satisfied with her work; which is flawless, the quality of her flowers and products but mostly her service which was incredible! I asked for flowers that were out of season; she worked her magic and had them imported from California and South America, and went above and beyond her abilities to ensure that I would not only be a satisfied customer but a happy bride! Overall, I appreciated how she took care of every detail, was very meticulous and made sure that I didn't stress about a thing. I am still receiving compliments on her work from my guests and family. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much again Helene!

  City Centre Florist should be on everyone's list. We received a basket with an incredible assortment of goodies, all high quality. The florist called to verify our address, I could not believe she could make it across the bridge that fast, the gift was delivered half an hour later by a beautiful woman with a great smile. Only superlatives apply when describing the service and quality.

  Fantastic service! I ordered a flower arrangement on Mother's Day at 11:30am; unfortunately due to a technical error my order was missed. After speaking with Helen the owner that evening, she decided to go back to her shop, re-open it in order to make the arrangement and personally delivered it at 9pm. My Mom thought they were absolutely beautiful. I would like to give my heartfelt appreciation to Helen for caring enough to make sure that the flowers made it in time. I know most businesses would have turned their back and said it's too late but she went the extra mile to resolve the issue. I intend to order all my flowers from her as a result!
