  If there was an utterly disappointed star, I would press it. My mother had a locked in CIBC Wood Gundy account. She became ill. She wanted to use and gift what little money she had. Form after form was filled out. Then we were told it was the wrong form. Assurances were offered by CIBC that it would be resolved, but no. Doctors were asked to certify her condition. CIBC didn't like the perfectly completed form and called to ask yet more questions. Four months passed and nothing. Then my mother died. She was never able to access her own money. It was devastating.
