  Sent my global money transfer to a wrong account number, when he printed my receipt I checked and told him that he made a mistake. Long story short they said they can do nothing and I have to contact the other end and ask for a refund... but they can pay for my phone calls !!! Don’t go there

  DO NOT RELY ON THIS BANK. I ordered a bank draft and was told that they ran out of physical slips. No advance warning, no estimated date when they will come in stock. There are 5 big banks in Canada - competition is fierce.

  The man who works at the front desk is overconfident and has little knowledge. He gave me wrong documents even though I explained him my situation multiple time. Had to go to another branch next day, after my documents got rejected by the asking authority.
