  Worst customer service ever. Branch manager very rude. Went in to do a deposit and they refused to give me back my change. You're a bank..... You need to give change.... Never in the 30+ years of my company dealing with CIBC have we been told we had to have exact change for our deposits. When asked why other branches give change was told to go deal with these other branches and to not come back.

  Best customer service, gave me tips on saving fees on overdraft, paying bill, cards, all in all, they have been watching my back and taking care of my accounts and miself for over 25 years. Thanks CIBC....ED Hawn.

  I'm confused to see quite a few low ratings. I love this location, their staff is always friendly and they have great customer service. I also bank with TD and the customer service at CIBC is so great I plan on leaving TD all together. I have never been to a TD location where they are as amazing as the staff at this location.
