  Service offert qu'en anglais. Impossible d'actualiser un compte étudiant sans rendez-vous alors qu'à d'autre succursales il est possible de le faire au comptoir en moins de 5 minutes.

  I booked an appointment at 4:30 and when I arrived there they said it was at 4 and I have to reschedule.. The worst service is the one who doesn't respect time

  Opened an account here a while ago and the service was very good. Shame they don't offer their better chequing accounts for free with a minimum balance requirement like the other banks.
