::Worst customer service I have seen. Watching two clerks talking while a line up was starting. The worst part is this happened every time I have had to do anything. The account will be closed and I will not be coming back nor will I ever suggest any CIBC to any one I know. Managers need to be better at dealing with the workers and to stop talking to their employees about last Saturday night. Very unprofessional, absolutely unbelievable! Sad when a small company moves their business because of this
