::I been with CIBC almost 3 year in my experience it is the best bank I ever had , I wish joined a cibc long time ago , I go to this branch all the time I got served by miss,Jing she’s very helpful and very polite I do highly recommending this bank

::This is not about this specific branch but the whole company and their poor policies. Somone has fraudulently bought things with a card I lost asked them to cancel (which i just found out they didnt). They have now canceled my current card and Im being investigated for fraud and am also now oit rhe money that was speant. I have not eaten in two days becuse they will not return my funds. To top it off rhey are adding even more charges on my account for an overdraft fee that wouldnt exsist if my money was still there which it should have been and would have been if theu canceled the card when I origaly asked them to. I would give negative stars if I could just like my account that's now in negaitve. These people are crooks...I am starving whilst they try and screw as much dollers as they can out of me. I suggest everyone go elsewhere.
