  I've been banking at this location for over ten years. In the last few months the service has gotten awful. This past week I needed to make an appointment before I left the country and it was time sensitive as I had about a week and a half left in Canada . Since the online booking system was down I had to call. I called four days in a row. No answer and no response to my voice mails. When I got a call I only had two days available to make an appointment only one was left so I took it. The day of the person I was scheduled to meet with was sick, which happens to everyone and is fair. They didn't call me until 10am (I'm sure that the bank knew he was sick earlier than that) and my appointment was at 11:30. There wasn't another time slot available. The woman on the phone said she'd call other locations to find an appointment. She didn't call me back until 45 minutes later (which when your time is limited is long time to be waiting). If you bank with CIBC take your business to another location. The branch at St Laurent helped me immediately after I explained the situation and made me an appointment that day at 11:30 (same time as my original appointment). It's definitely out of the way for me, but they were nothing but helpful.
