::Not happy with the way I was treated there . I order foreign money for a trip and it took a week to come (totally fine ) but the lady had it in her hand and said there was no way for them to sell it to me then sent me on my way ..that was it ..sent me away to find some on my own .

::this is the worst bank i have dealt with it is always short staffed, google says 15 minutes more like 20 even in slow times. There is someone who will walk you over to the ATM but can't open a wicket to help you. Get an account somewhere else!!!

::I went to this branch on Friday. There were 7 people in line ahead of me and only two tellers. It took 22 minutes for me to get to the teller. She apologized and I smiled and said it wasn't her fault that the management planned poorly and didn't have enough staff. The woman behind me was fuming and I didn't blame her. They never opened up more tellers to deal with the backlog. I won't ever go to that branch again. Very poor customer service. I'm busy and don't have time to waste like that.
