  Like RBC and probably all of the major banks, CIBC gets suckier every year in terms of customer service. Long wait times on the phone. The usual crappy interest rates on savings. Financial "specialists" who steer you into mutual funds with outrageous management fees. Don't even think of converting currency here. Knightsbridge will give you a much better deal.

  Always had a good and courteous service at this branch, I don't understand why it gets such a low rating.

  Not the place to go if in a rush . Waited in line and had a clerk take even longer to do a deposit. Displeased!
