  I have been to almost all of the CIBC Branches in Vancouver and North Vancouver, as well as a lot of other banks in and around the same area, I have to say at times I have had doubts about this branch but I have to concede the fact that Lucy Mak is by far one of the greatest bank managers I have ever interacted with. She is extremely customer focused and goes above and beyond her position to help out issues that other banks easily dismiss. I encourage any one who is planning on opening a new bank account or unhappy with their current bank to pay a visit to this branch, they might not be the flashiest but they are by far the best service me as a customer has ever experienced

  Not an overly nice branch and some of the staff I have interacted with have known little to nothing about their own products. Service level is fine, but nothing to brag about.

  1st time i have reviewed anything. If i could give zero stars I would. The staff have no clue or knowlage and are not helpful at all. I had money stolen from my account and when I informed the bank they completly ignored me never returned my calls as they said they would. I am in the process of changing banks because of this particular branch and the ignorant horrible staff.

  Staff unwilling to provide any significant assistance. Not knowledgeable regarding their own products and competitors' options. Poor about gathering information about the customer. Very substandard performance for any bank. They have lost a customer who was previously an imperial card member.

  The staff there is so nice! Today one of you called me because they thought I was paying too much service charges. I love knowing that the people at the bank are looking out for me!
