  I've had great service at the Tower Hill location, yes it may be busy at times but that is not the bank teller's fault. I was in one evening and there was a line of 4 people and the gentleman working (Jordan/Justin/Jonathon - not 100% sure on the name) was the only teller working at the time and he was very attentive, took care of every client quickly while still providing great service and was very polite. The line was done in about 5 mins. Kudos to him as its not easy to keep cool when there is a line, but he did a great job.

  WORST CIBC branch I've ever been too. The staff is rude, wait times are unbearable, NO MANAGER on duty when you need them, and it takes an hour to accomplish a task that should take 15 mins. I've since closed my accounts here and moved to BMO. Branch of fools.

  I am pleased the former manager, (GM) has left. He was difficult to deal with and never available. However I do not know who the new manager is. Staff at times are intentionally unavailable. Seldom are there enough tellers available.

  Poor service and low efficiency. Couldn't find manager on duty. People got angry on line. Good for practicing your patience.
