  Worst run financial institution in Canada. This branch, specifically, isn't the problem so much as the bank's policies. They are cold in their client relationships, as we are but numbers to them. I did have really bad experiences at this branch but the bigger problems are systemic.

  this is a great branch. the tellers are super friendly and don't rush you, like some other banks. they're very knowledgeable and always happy to help

  Helpful branch. Didn't feel rushed with the teller even though there was a little bit of a line behind me the one time I've had to go in for a transaction. Also they are thorough with follow ups and explaining everything from explaining account options to setting up an account and credit card. So far I'm happy with the service I've received.

  Good place to do banking. They offer free student checking. You need to make sure you go in every year to update your student status. If you do not they will start charging you money each month. Also you need to pay $500 for your first credit card if you are not canadian. They will give the money back after 1 year.
