  My husband bought me a purse for $1700. He meant it to match my shoes. But it didn't. We can all agree that is a lot to pay for the wrong item. I didn't use it. The box, bags and tags were all there. But the sales lady wouldn't return the item. They were rude and unfriendly. My husband had to drive 45minutes because they wouldn't give the cash back to me. Only him. Why? I haven't a clue. And they had a security gaurd watching me the entire time I waited. Over an hour and a half.

  Unimpressed with the lack of knowledge the employees have here. And the dress code. Really? A tshirt jeans and open collared shirt? I had to ask him if he worked there even though he was behind counter. Have a had a couple great experiences but was very unimpressed today despite walking out with a brilliant pair of booties!

  I agree the Christian Louboutin employees are sooo rude . You walk in they don't even smile or say hi. THREE employees in there 2 asian men and a white guy. I wanted to try on and buy a pair of shoes they looked at me then started their conversation again. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The employees act like the own the store and think your too poor to buy a pair. At least i don't earn minimum wage like them.

  By far the worst Christan louboutin store i have ever been to !! First of all none of the employees acknowledge you when you walk in they stare at you and then continuing talking to the group of 3 or four of them. They act like you are poor and don't need to be helped . I have 20 pairs of louboutins and i have bought from this location several of times. No one in the store helped but personal shopper from nordstrom helped me and then they were shocked that i bought a pair. I bet none of the employees that work there own any louboutins and can't afford so i don't understand why they are so rude, thats why you make minimum wage !!!
