  I've been going to Chic Nails regularly for gel fills over the course of the past year and can't recommend it enough. The staff are so friendly and great at what they do. I always leave really happy with the work they've done and am constantly impressed with the quality of my gels; I'm not the most gentle with them and they hold up really well. Absolutely recommend!

  The specialists were very delicate who have the well experience and great design. They also did very well in facial and waxing. It is very worth it to get my nail done here.

  Recently under new ownership as far as I know. I have sensitive hands and feet, and the staff is always super accommodating to my needs. My regular place to go!

  This is my 6th time going back to Chic nails, and I have nothing but good things to say about the owner, her staff. I appreciate that they make suggestions as I am not always up on all the latest trends. I also luv that I can be in and out in a hour, get my brows done there as well. I would highly recommend!

  Terrible customer service! Got my nails (gel) done about 2 weeks ago and have never had this happen to me. Yesterday I accidentally banged my nail on a lid and felt it become lose so I thought "okay, the fake nail finally came off" but I look down to see because the fake nail had bumped it, it caused my entire real nail to fall off too. Was hanging on by the very end of my nail, now I will have no nail there until it grows back. Not sure what kind of glue they use but when this happened before, the fake nail had come off not my whole entire nail. It was after store hours so I planned on going to see if they could help me out the next day as I couldn't get it off myself and it was already infected. So I go down there and I explain what happened and how it's infected the lady smiled at me and once she sat me down she said $5 to take off that one nail that's infected due to their super glue they use so I said I'll go to a walk in and walked out. Last time I'll be going back.
