::I like chatime. Soo many options and combinations of things you can try. I always go in wanting to try something new but always end up getting something coconut-y. Good desserts too! I've had the macaroons and the layered cake and liked them both.

::Really nice. It gets super crowded during weekends, specifically at night, but they work quickly. Backdrop is stunning and theres such a large variety of flavors, drinks and desserts to choose from.

::they have a lot of great options, and the quality is good. A bit expensive for me at around $6 per drink, but I still go all the time. Plus they do have some good deals sometimes The one thing that sucks about this place is the wait time. You can tell the staff are going super fast but the place just can't meet the demand. The baked things are really good but way too expensive.

::I love the Chatime products. I have visited various locations across Ontario (mainly in Toronto). Recently, I moved to the Ottawa region. I have visited this location 10+ times in under a month. The product is always good; however, the service is suspicious at best. I have yet to wait under 20 minutes to receive a drink. Standing and waiting over 20 minutes is not apart of the bubble tea experience. I receive no value in this as your customer. Does management even know how long they take to fulfill a customers order on average? All in all, this franchised Chatime is understaffed and shows an indication of poor management. I just walked out of your business with my last bubble tea from this Chatime location. When is the next Chatime opening in Ottawa?? Recommendation: if you cannot meet the demand, then maybe change your business model to a sit-down style.

::Clean, good selection of flavours for drinks and desserts. Vegetarian friendly but not vegan friendly (there’s only one option). Service is great as well. This is a good option for an occasional treat, but the prices have been increasing steadily.
